Aket Kubic, born in Grande-Synthe, France, developed a passion for drawing at a young age. Emerging from the graffiti generation, he began painting later in life, but this experience in street art profoundly influenced his artistic journey.

 

His work is initially inspired by caricatured figures, particularly b-boys, which led him to explore cubist forms. Aket Kubic has a keen interest in geometric shapes, which he now considers a form of isometric painting. By playing with perspectives and geometries, his innovative style and deconstruction technique highlight often-overlooked aspects of the characters he portrays.
